Our rental terms

Come directly to our shop to choose your equipment, or book it online using our website. Online booking  guarantees your skis will be put aside, awaiting your arrival in Les Gets. Get a 10% to 15% discount when booking your skis in advance.

• Proper ski boot fit guaranteed: ski boots are categorised based on the pack you booked. However, ski boots can be a touchy topic and can’t be allocated apriori. Therefore, our workflow consists in having you try on a couple of pairs and choose the most comfortable based on your personal foot shape and fit. The right boot might belong to a different category and your reservation can be altered accordingly without affecting your online reservation discount.
• Payment method: when you book your ski equipment online, you pay a 20% deposit at booking – secure online payment. The remaining balance is directly payed at our shop during check-out.
• Collection of equipment: should you wish to, you can collect your equipment the evening before your reservation date, at no additional cost. You will be able to peacefully start your ski holiday avoiding busy hours.
• Cancellation and refund: at Berthet Sports, you can fully or partially cancel your reservation with no additional fee with a notice period of at least 48h prior to your effective booking start date. Your online deposit will be refunded using your booking payment method. Note that handling fees are not refundable: 2€/person.
• Reservation of individual ski lockers: only by email to info@berthet-sports .com or by phone at +33 4 50 79 73 55
• Multi-risk ski insurance: get covered for theft or damage to your hired skis from €1 a day. You can opt for this extra insurance when checking-in at our shop on the day of your arrival.
